Michael joined BlueLake in 2025 and is excited to be working with the Swanson/Myers team.
Michael grew up in La Grange and graduated from the University of Dayton with degrees in Business Economics and Finance. While at the University of Dayton, Michael helped manage a portion of the schools endowment through the Davis Center for Portfolio Management program, the largest student managed fund in the country.
He became a Registered Representative after passing his Series 7 FINRA General Securities Representative exam in November of 2025. Looking forward, Michael is working towards passing additional certification exams such as the Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination and Illinois Life Insurance and Variable Contracts license to extend his ability to service clients.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and is training for the upcoming 2026 Chicago Triathlon and Marathon, the latter of which he will be running for charitable causes.
